Exhibition Registration Procedures
1. Fill out the receipt form, affix the official seal, and mail or fax it to our company.
2. The exhibiting company must remit the exhibition fee to our company's account within one week of receiving the "Booth Confirmation Letter" and return the remittance slip to us.
3. The contract becomes effective after our company receives the exhibition fee from the exhibitor; the exhibiting company may not sublet or lend the booth to any third party in any way.
4. Booth allocation will be prioritized based on "registration time and booth size".
